CNY Beef is a small family-owned farm dedicated to raising high-quality beef. We provide our customers with young animals, not old, tired milk cows that we raise. Our animals are raised to 1,000—1,200 pounds and are under two years old. This is an important part of tender meat.

Whether you want pasture-raised for health reasons or just want a great tasting steak to share with friends and family, our beef is bursting with flavor, tenderness, and nutrition. Best of all, it’s available at the farm it came from, right down the “street” from you. Our beef is free-range, pasture-raised, grass fed & finished, humanely raised, flash frozen & vacuum sealed, and best of all it is local.

From our Farm to your families table

Pasture Raised:  Animals are kept in a natural environment. During the summer they graze on the hill side. During the winter they are provided wind breaks for shelter in a winter pasture.

Young Animals:  Our animals are raised to 1,000—1,200 pounds and are under two years old. This is an important part of tender meat.

No Growth Promotants or hormones:  Animals graze grass when it is available and are provided a mixed ration of silage and grains the rest of the time
